Log into your Bombonds account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn garments with their original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid return shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
